Father Dan Reehil celebrates Mass at Calvary Cemetery, Nashville, TN on All Souls Day at Priest Circle. During the Consecration as the sunlight beams down a rainbow appears between Deacon Brian Edwards and Father Reehil.
Mary is the most beautiful flower ever seen in the spiritual world. It is by the power of God’s grace that from this barren and desolate earth there ever sprung up at all flowers of holiness and glory; and Mary is the Queen of them all. She is the Queen of spiritual flowers; and therefore, is called the Rose, for the rose is called of all flowers the most beautiful. But, moreover, she is the Mystical or Hidden Rose, for mystical means hidden.
Saint John Henry Newman
The state of the church today is enough to send someone into despair. That is, if you don’t have your eyes on Christ.
Our leadership performed an act of idolatry on October 4, 2019 as they bowed down in the Vatican Gardens to Pachamama, a fertility goddess of the Amazon.
The Pope himself was present and he later called her Pachamama. He told us there were no idolatrous intentions. I don’t know what the intentions were, only God knows and that is left for God to judge. But what I did see was a clear violation of the first commandment. We don’t bow down to anyone like that except God and yet the Blessed Sacrament was no where to be seen. The devil doesn’t care about your intentions, he is just looking for our actions to open a door and let him in. That’s why the road to hell is paved with good intentions. Our leaders invited idolatry into our house. There are consequences for this. Mark Mallett gives a good explanation of what is happening here.
For me, what I saw watching this was a grave violation of our covenant with God, and it was perpetrated by our leadership. If you remember covenant and covenant principles, you will remember that there is a part of covenant called the walk of death. If covenant is violated curses are brought upon the party that violates the covenant.
Listen to the terms of the covenant and tell the people of Judah and those who live in Jerusalem. Tell them that this is what the Lord, the God of Israel says:”Cursed is the one who does not obey the terms of the covenant.” Jeremiah 11:2-3
Our leaders just invited curses upon us and unleashed the demonic upon the faithful. I suspect this has been happening for a long while. Generations perhaps. But this is the first time it was totally out in the open for all to see. Everything is being made transparent.
Then Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.” And they divided up His garments by casting lots. Luke 23:34
We have divided up his baptismal garment that he gave us, trying to share it with other gods, and we have gambled with the souls of the faithful.
Lest you think I would say jump off the ship, I say instead the opposite. The church needs us now more than ever. The church needs our prayers now more than ever. The Pope needs our prayers now more than ever. Remember Peter was given the keys to the Kingdom before He denied Jesus. None of us now, looking back, would ever say Peter didn’t love Jesus. Peter tried to control what was happening and he cut off the ear of the soldier. Peter didn’t understand how Christ was going to be victorious and he got scared when His ideas weren’t the path Christ chose. So Peter tried to save himself instead of letting Jesus be the Savior, and he lied, denying he ever knew him. I don’t know the interior of any of our leaders, but I do pray for all of them. And I say, Jesus, I trust in you. We must continue to be faithful even when those around us are not. And we must pray for them.
Most of all we should not despair. We should not be afraid. Why? Because the gates of hell will not prevail.
And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. Matthew 16:18
And because HER IMMACULATE HEART WILL TRIUMPH.
….in the end my Immaculate Heart will triumph. Our Lady to the Children of Fatima
This brings me to why Our Lady is so important. The above quote from Saint John Henry Newman speaks of Mary as the Mystical Rose.
I have been drawn to this title for quite awhile now, as I am sure many of you have as well. It is in the hiddenness of our hearts that Mary and her Immaculate Heart draws us closer to her son; to union with her son. It is why Consecration to Jesus through Mary is so important. She helps guide the Mystical Body to her son the head of the body. The triumph of her Immaculate Heart begins in each of our own interior. It brings us to repentance and asks us to Trust in her Son, even when the road ahead looks bleak. The Mystical Rose knows who she is fighting, and wants you to know it too. We are fighting Satan. Put on sack cloth and ashes and pray Rosaries of reparation. Forgive. Forgive even our leaders, the way Mary had to, the way that Jesus did. Forgiveness of our fellow man renders Satan powerless and crushes his head. Be thankful because thankfulness is wrapped in mercy. Thankfulness cannot hold a grudge. Thankfulness is a Eucharistic walk.
And as for those demonic curses that have been unleashed, lay people have authority to break curses over themselves and their children. Parish Priests can break curses over their entire parish. Exorcists and Bishops can break the curses over their territories. We should all be doing our part to break these curses.
I ask Jesus to bind in His Most Precious Blood any and all evil curses, pacts, spells, seals, hexes, vexes, triggers, trances, vows, demonic blessings, or any other demonic bondages sent against (name) or myself, or any of our loved ones or any of our possessions; I ask Him to bind them all and break them rendering them powerless and void.
In the Name of the Father and of the Son and of The Holy Spirit (three times). – Deliverance Prayers for use by the laity.
We are no longer in control. We never really have been. God is. He will clean out his own house, so we must do our part and clean out the interior of our hearts and act as living Sanctuaries in a world that will get bumpier and bumpier. Do not be afraid, you were made to live in these times and you were made to be a Saint.
The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus be with you. Romans 16:20
I think signing an agreement with the Muslims was a more severe, obvious act of covenant breaking to be honest. In this case of the statue, if they had placed it on the altar and bowed to it would have been more cause for alarm. This appeared to me to be a pathetic (among many) attempt to make sure “all are welcome and accepted.” In our Cathedral for many years were altars, skulls, offerings for the Hispanic culture to celebrate their day of the dead. It was incredibly spiritually disturbing. They used to let them set it up right in front of the church within feet of the Altar. I think this is done in many Catholic churches to ” welcome” the Hispanics. I only feel the Lord’s great displeasure. I saw the statue ceremony as the same thing….man made nonsense to make everyone feel special and loved by God. If they only knew. God is not the author of these gimmicks. It is so sad to watch priests fall all over themselves to please people. Begging, pandering, almost pleading to make “communities” or “family” is becoming a draining burden at Mass and really if they just stopped all this nonsense and spoke the Truth we wouldn’t be in this sinking ship. I don’t honestly care what culture you’re from, we are supposed to be worshipping God and everything else should flow through the Holy Spirit as a fruit of worshipping GOD. They have removed God and are worshipping man and nature. So, in light of that, it would seem to me that curses have been being unleashed for a long time, as you said, and given we are still here, it only proves God is extremely merciful. The question is how much longer. We engage in intense, sometimes violent spiritual warfare on a regular basis so I can only hope that God, in His mercy, acts soon. From what we have seen, God is working with Pope Francis…we should pray that he respond and cooperate with God and the Holy Spirit for the good of all. My mom used to say when the cats away, the mice turn into rats. They obviously think the cats away and we’re seeing the rats. It’s good to know the rats, the Judas’s. Just keep interceding.
Yes Romans 1:25 is taking place. And yes I agree it’s been happening for a long while. The Pachamama event though, because of the media surrounding it just shed light on everything in a more clear way.
I decided to pray the rosary for you this morning. The comment, “because of the media attention surrounding it” stuck out spiritually. I asked the Lord why. I felt it was a seduction and distraction from what Satan was doing behind the scenes at the actual synod. Destroying the priesthood.
I felt we were to pray God would, by the power of His Right arm, destroy all the fruits, powers, and effects of this Synod that were not in accordance with His will for the Church.
I’m really not stalking you. Unusual for me. I rarely comment. 😊
I don’t think you’re stalking me. And I agree Satan is trying to destroy the Priesthood and the family. I totally appreciate the prayers.
Oh. Your comment “we are no longer in control. God is.”
We have never been in control. That is an illusion. God is always and has always been in control of His Church. We are living the fruits of us “thinking” we were in control. This is what happens and God allows it to show us how futile and silly that notion is. When He releases His TRUE Power and Authority is when everyone will be greatly humbled to the dust and certainly quite ashamed of our foolish pride. Be at peace. Nothing is out of control, it just appears so. ( I say this after years of anger, railing, anguish, sadness, frustration, etc. 😊) God bless you.
I agree we have never been in control
This is worth reading! https://wherepeteris.com/our-lady-of-the-amazon-solving-the-contradictions/
In addition this is an interesting quote from Pope Pius XII concerning the conversion of pagan cultures to the Catholic faith (Hat tip to Pedro from https://wherepeteris.com/author/pedro-gabriel/ !)
EVANGELII PRAECONES; ENCYCLICAL OF POPE PIUS XII; ON PROMOTION OF CATHOLIC MISSIONS ( see http://w2.vatican.va/content/pius-xii/en/encyclicals/documents/hf_p-xii_enc_02061951_evangelii-praecones.html )
57. Although owing to Adam’s fall, human nature is tainted with original sin, yet it has in itself something that is naturally Christian [43]; and this, if illumined by divine delight and nourished by God’s grace, can eventually be changed into true and supernatural virtue.
58. This is the reason why the Catholic Church has neither scorned nor rejected the pagan philosophies. Instead, after freeing them from error and all contamination she has perfected and completed them by Christian revelation. So likewise the Church has graciously made her own the native art and culture which in some countries is so highly developed. She has carefully encouraged them and has brought them to a point of aesthetic perfection that of themselves they probably would never have attained. By no means has she repressed native customs and traditions but has given them a certain religious significance; she has even transformed their feast days and made them serve to commemorate the martyrs and to celebrate mysteries of the faith. ……. Certainly the essential function of a tree is to produce fruit in season; still the foliage that its branches also bear serves to adorn it. In the same way the primary fruit of the soul is truth itself; but the garb of natural culture is a welcome addition, just as leaves provide shade for the fruit and add to its beauty. Thus Moses, a man of the greatest renown for his wisdom, is said to have come to the contemplation of Him, Who is, only after being trained in Egyptian lore. So later the wise Daniel is said to have been first schooled in Babylon in the wisdom of the Chaldeans, and only then to have come to know Divine Revelation.”[44]
Thanks for this. It is true we used incorporate what is good and leave out what is bad (at least in some cases). I don’t see that happening now though. I see us incorporating earth worship – worship of the created things rather than the creator. This can be seen in both the working document and final one with the repeated mentions of Mother earth. The earth is not our mother. Mary is. It is disordered. We should treat the earth well but not worship the earth. It seems they speak of good intentions, but the demonic doesn’t care about intentions, they’re just looking for actions to open a doorway for them to steal, kill and destroy your life (and other people’s lives). That’s why the road to hell is paved with good intentions.
https://dwightlongenecker.com/the-earth-is-not-my-mother-heres-why/
Stephen this is an excellent explanation by a Catholic priest that you need to read.
The concept of ‘Mother Earth’ doesn’t necessarily imply nature worship. It can be owned by the Church and may lead to the conversion of many more souls than otherwise would have been achieved. The first (e.g. those Catholics resistant to new directions from Church authority) can become the last, while the last (pagans, tribal and indigenous cultures, subcultures) become the first.
All things were created through Jesus and for Jesus; including the earth and us. All things are held together by Jesus; we are no less dependent on Jesus than the Earth. We were made from the dust of the Earth. We were produced from the substance of the Earth. The concept of ‘Mother earth’ is a very useful spiritual concept and can help us understand our dependency on God and our unworthiness. Everything about us is supplied by God, even our freewill to choose Him or not. If the Church is telling us to consider a wider human ecology and consider God’s creation then we should respect that and find the truth contained. (God considered the animals when He did not destroy Nineveh (Jonah 4: 11). Job 38 is worth contemplation!)
Aren’t we all pagans to some degree holding onto our false gods as we stumble towards conversion and purification. How is someone who does pious worship in the Mass, but is a hypocrite without love or full of pride, yet thinks they are receiving God’s support for their participation alone (self-justified, worshiping a false god), any different to a pagan keeping “Mother Earth’ happy (as a false god) by offering worship or sacrifice? Yes people even turn the Eucharist into a pagan false god. We cannot know what is best for the church, only God knows what will achieve the conversion of the fullness in number of souls. Satan is happy to use pagan or Catholic practices to lead people away from God. Those dogmatically defending worship practices may be leading people to worship a false god and at the same time chasing those of weak faith away from the church. God is in control of His Church and that is why we need to be obedient to the authority of the Church so that we don’t get deceived (keeping in mind the full teachings of the Church).
Stephen there’s a difference between accepting sin and incorporating sin into the church which is what is happening, and repentance of sin, which Christ calls us to. What you’re doing is called a Red Herring fallacy. You’re saying because the church has sinners we should ignore the sin that’s being incorporated. No one said the church doesn’t have sinners. What I am saying is we should repent of it, not accept it. We need to be obedient to authority yes, but we do not need to accept or commit sin ourselves. Nobody should compel sin. One thing I know is God is in charge.
Stephen, you seem to come here to flout your extensive knowledge of spiritual things. I have to admit, it reads like spiritual bullying. With that being said, your argument is wrong. How is a pious, prideful worshiper of the true God any different to a pagan offering sacrifice to a false god? Seriously???? The prideful worshiper, although prideful, is still in a church because he knows the TRUE God is there. He has access to God’s Mercy and grace, even in his wretched state. The pagan on the other hand is still worshipping a false god/demon and there is no mercy. Jesus and His Mercy, even in our sinfulness, is what sets us apart from the pagans. Your way of thinking is the argument used for years to incorporate New Age, pagan, and nearly occult practices into the Catholic church. It’s shaming and guilt ridden and encourages weak people to embrace lies because well you know, we have no idea what God is doing and what He wants so we should permit everything and please everyone. God made it very clear in the Old Testament Stephen. NO HIGH PLACES, and no mixing, and no taking on pagan cultural practices.
So later the wise Daniel is said to have been first schooled in Babylon in the wisdom of the Chaldeans, and only then to have come to know Divine Revelation.”[44]
Srephen, this is also wrong. I guess It’s telling that “is said to have been”…someone’s opinion in other words. Scripture says:
Daniel 1:8
Daniel, who was determined not to incur pollution by food and wine from the royal table begged the chief eunuch to spare him the defilement. God allowed Daniel to receive faithful love and sympathy from the eunuch.
Verse 17: to these four BOYS God gave knowledge and skill in every aspect of literature and learning; Daniel also had the gift of interpreting every kind of vision and dream.
God endowed Daniel with HIS wisdom and knowledge in order to show the pagan worshipers they were deceived and lacking.
I’m certain there is more in Scripture. You should re-read it. I often think of Paul’s admonishment regarding teachers. The judgment will be more severe for them because their responsibility to teach the Truth for the salvation of souls was very great, and there is really no room for grave errors. We should all discern in all humility and seriousness what we teach others.
