Litany to the Divine Child Jesus- Adoration of Families

We have gained an Imprimatur and Nihil Obstat from our Diocese for the Litanies we have written. Hopefully we can publish them in a booklet soon. This Litany is close to my heart as a walk through the Rosary and Divine Mercy – Jesus I trust in you.

Blessings of the Father

“Now therefore, O sons, listen to me,

My dad is lying in a hospital bed in the front room of my home, my mom is in a hospital bed next to him. The past few months have been difficult. Dad’s heart has gone into Afib this week. He is too frail to operate on. Hospice has been called in. We spent weeks worrying about mom, now we worry over dad, the once strong man who shaped much of who I am.

I don’t think I know a better man than my dad. He was born the 8th of 12 children to Philip and Dolores Green, in Washington, DC. There were 5 boys and 7 girls. He is the last boy living, having only one other sibling, his youngest sister, still living.

Dad loves all things Catholic, Family, and Sports. Especially baseball. These are just some of the things dad taught me over the years;

  1. God comes first, then family, loved ones and then country
  2. Never forsake going to the Sacraments – never leave the Eucharist no matter what
  3. Pray the Rosary everyday
  4. Go to daily Mass if you’re able
  5. Go to confession
  6. Give 100% to the things you choose to do
  7. Try not to sin and live a morally upright life
  8. Keep the commandments and God will take care of you
  9. The greatest gift a Father can give his children is to love their Mother
  10. In marriage divorce belongs no where in your vocabulary
  11. Help those in need
  12. Let your yes be your yes and your no be your no
  13. Be better, don’t just do what everyone else is doing

My dad had his struggles in life too, he isn’t perfect, none of us are, but I can honestly say with sincerity, I don’t know many men like him, men who love God first. Men who had the moral courage like he does. He struggled with anxiety over the years, but the one thing I always saw him do with it, even to this day, was turn to prayer. In his old age, I see him regularly praying the Rosary and the Chaplet of Mercy, even if now he sometimes falls asleep doing it. He offers the pain he is suffering for others, especially Priests.

Dad loves baseball. He played it and coached it. Last night, perhaps in a moment of hallucination, or perhaps in a gift of God to my dad, he told me he was finishing his first game and would be first runner up in heaven. He asked me to pack the Infant of Prague.

Dad was a teacher for his career. He taught at several Washington, DC area high schools, including Bishop McNamara, and ArchBishop John Carroll. He also coached all his 4 children in sports. He coached my brother in baseball and myself in basketball. Dad was always present for us growing up.

Our house had pictures hanging on the wall or placed in a photo albums of the things dad loved. I remember reading about Collins, Bender, Combs and Plank as a little child. They were the Oakland A’s. These days he is all about the Washington Nationals. We had the game on last night.

He loved Notre Dame football, at least for years he did. In the past several as he saw the school drift from Catholic Doctrine by honoring pro-abortion politicians he grew sad and stopped watching.

The one thing I remember seeing all over the house was my dad immersed in his Catholicism. Dad loves Latin and still prays in it to this day. My dad made me feel protected.

Mom and Dad met when she was 15 and he was 17. A dog was chasing my mom and she was trying to climb up a backstop at Turkey Thicket in Washington, DC to get away from the dog. Dad swooped in to the rescue and that began their love story.

They were married on October 13, 1962. They had postponed the wedding due to the death of my mom’s dad. We have two Papal Blessings, one dated September 29 which was the original wedding date, and the other dated October 13, their actual wedding date.

My mom and dad did (and still do) bicker with one another, but dad always told me nothing could stop his love for her and that I never ever had to worry about them leaving one another.

In these last days of their lives I pray for them to both have a happy and a holy death. I pray that the Lord will actually take them together because I can’t imagine one without the other.

I don’t know if they have days, or if they have months, or even years. Whatever the Lord gives them I will be grateful for.

When it became apparent that my parents needed extensive care and we were deciding who and where they would be cared for the Lord just whispered in my ear, “it has to be you.” I said okay but you have to work on my husband. My husband called the next day and said “your parents need to come home with us.” God is good and so is my husband.

At Mass during the Feast of the Visitation the Lord expanded upon why it had to be me. As the youngest of 4 children, my parents could be with any one of us, and I know all of my siblings would gladly help (I have very good siblings). But the Lord showed me the wound of mine that he had healed. The one where for years the devil had flung at me that I was not wanted. This because my parents had expressed that I was a “surprise” and that they had planned 3 children and had 4. The Lord showed me that His plans for them were greater. And that their obedience and openess to life, in a world that was closing itself off to life was to be a blessing for them. The fruit of their own obedience. I was born in January of 1972. It would be only a year later that our country would decide that a life like mine, one that wasn’t planned, was okay to kill. Mom and Dad were horrified and fought against that and still do.

As we head into the next few weeks please keep my mom and dad and myself, my husband and my kids in your prayers. And pray that when the good Lord takes them they will hear, “well done Good and faithful Servants.”

Call No Man Father

I write in my journal the things that pop into my head as if God is speaking to me. If the church says what I have written in wrong then the church is correct and I am wrong.

May 31, 2021 – Feast of the Visitation

Beloved Lily of the Father,

My command to you, be fruitful and multiply.  A command of body and spirit for what I join no man should tear apart.

I AM LOVE.

You shall have no other gods besides ME.

You shall not use MY NAME in vain.

Remember to keep MY DAY holy.

Oh, how hard man is.

October 24, 2019 the culmination of generations of disobedience, strange fire was put on MY ALTAR. 

MY ALTAR, where MY SON lays His sacrifice through His Priests.

A goddess of fertility breaking covenant with me and calling down curse upon my people. 

NO OTHER GODS.

Oh how you have used MY NAME in vain, or refused to speak MY HOLY NAME to those who need to hear it.

Oh how you have DEFILED THE SABBATH.

How hard man is!

Spitting upon MY HOLY FACE in the name of FALSE love.

The curse is called down upon your fertility.

Rachel weeps for her children for they are no more.

A plague indicates how you have turned your backs on my command.

It is a call to repentance.  If only you would heed the call.

You asked for signs, none will be given except the sign of Jonah.  Repent. 

Whoever swears by the altar swears by everything on it.

You choose your own savior.

One birthed through the worshipful master.  No man is master. Call no man father.  That is reserved for my Priests, not for the false gods you prop up for yourselves. 

Science is not your father.  Science belongs to me and is only fruitful so long as all of directed toward ME.  Be fruitful and multiply.

Good is called evil and evil is called good by those who cannot see the past the veil. 

When science is the only means to the end devoid of me, when science destroys what I created, what I have made, WOE TO YOU.

A third of the stars will fall from the sky.

My DNA is replaced with mimicry.

It is an abomination.

Therefore fertility will be taken because you handed it to the one who came to steal, kill and destroy and you placed it on MY ALTAR.

I WILL NOT HAVE IT.  Love has no room for defilement.

WOE TO YOU. 

How hard man is.

Persevere little one. 

I have placed the elect with my Holy Family.  It is marked on your heart.

Sing praise and thanksgiving even when you don’t understand. 

I will bring Glory from on high.

The Blessings of the Father will soon be restored.

Be not afraid.

The Deep Sleep of Adam and Joseph

This article was written by my friend Ashley Blackburn and myself. The “I” in the article refers to Ashley who, after reading what Saint John Paul II wrote about the sleep of Adam, had a realization about the sleep of Joseph. Ashley and I often, when we feel the Lord speaking, call one another and both pray about what the Lord may be saying. This article is the fruit of our conversation and prayer after Ashley started asking God questions. The Deep Sleep of Adam and Joseph By Ashley Blackburn and Susan Skinner

I was recently reading a general audience given by St John Paul II on November 7, 1979 entitled The Original Unity of Man and Woman. This general audience in particular is really incredible to read in its entirety, especially considering our culture today and the extreme confusion of ideology that continues to be on the rise. The Church in her Wisdom has already spoken the Truth of our identity and she has preached it for over 2000 years. Yet we must look to Sacred Scripture in order to discover who we are and why we are here. The story of creation is didactic, so we know it is the Truth and Wisdom of God and answers the questions of who we are and why we were created.

In looking back at what Saint John Paul the Great was teaching over 40 years ago in this general audience, I want to highlight this concept that God looked at Man and realized it was not good for him to be alone. This prompted God to put Adam into a deep sleep. The Saint has some really cool things to say about this:

Man is “male and female” right from the beginning… the meaning of “original solitude,” which can be referred simply to “man,” is substantially prior to the meaning of original unity. The latter is based on masculinity and femininity, as if on two different “incarnations,” that is, on two ways of “being a body” of the same human being created “in the image of God” (Gn 1:27).

What he is saying here is that male and female were one in the first “man” created. This is why when created in the image and likeness of God, the male and female when “the two become one flesh”, in that union, humanity reflects the image and likeness of God. When God said it was not good for “man” to be alone, he was referring to the fact that “man” who was created “male and female” was in solitude with himself. 

So the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon the man, and while he slept took one of his ribs and closed up its place with flesh. The rib which the Lord God had taken from the man he made into a woman.

Gn 2:21-22

There is something to be said about union, relationship, the “one flesh” that male and female come together to form. Therefore this union is holy, it has been sanctified by God himself, who took it upon himself to separate male and female within creation in order to make it “very good”. It was made this way, holy, before the fall of man. It is only after the fall we see it defiled.  

So the means by which this happens is by God causing a “deep sleep” to fall upon the “man”, who remember is at the time “male and female”. Saint John Paul the Great contends that this sleep is not like what we think of when we think of sleeping, which is man going from a state of consciousness to a state of subconsciousness. 

He says that this term here for “deep sleep” instead of meaning actual sleep, “indicates a return to the moment preceding the creation, that through God’s creative initiative, solitary “man” may emerge from it again in his double unity as male and female.” He even goes so far as to say, “the circle of the solitude of the man-person is broken, because the first “man” awakens from his sleep as “male and female.” Basically, God takes “man” back into the moment preceding the creation and he separates out male and female into two separate persons. Then God explains that male and female are a perfect union of original “man” who was created in God’s own image and likeness. 

As I read these words, I immediately thought of the sleeping St. Joseph. I have often considered the fact that St Joseph was at some point saved from Original Sin. I have also considered that he is in heaven body and soul with Mary and Jesus which is a topic for another article, as this one will deal with Joseph’s original sin. But it seems to me that if St. Joseph was the earthly father of Jesus Christ, who was fully God and fully man and God found it necessary for Jesus’ mother to be perfect and holy, would he not also find it necessary for Jesus’ earthly father to be perfect? Would not God Himself be raised in a family of perfection?  While Mary was immaculately conceived and saved from Original Sin at her conception, I wonder if God used this “sleep” of Joseph to do what he did to “man” at the beginning of creation.

If God does miraculous things while Adam is sleeping, and gives him bone of his bone and flesh of his flesh as other, so that Adam may know how to love in union, so too could God do something miraculous for Saint Joseph in his sleep?  Except in this instance, rather than bone of his bone and flesh of his flesh, Joseph’s sleep begets from God, Spirit of His Spirit, which brings Joseph into intimate union with Mary through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. With Joseph’s sleeping yes from the angel’s visit, he is made immaculate, which is to say, in fullness with the Spirit. Through his yes to taking Mary and the Christ Child into his home, he is recreated. For God would want nothing less for the Father of His own household.  

An angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said,

Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary as your wife, for the child conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit. She will bear a son, and you are to name him Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins.

If Joseph is instructed to take Mary as his wife and the child conceived by the Holy Spirit as his own, could not this sleep then have been a return to the beginning?

Could not God have, through the Immaculate Conception of Mary, the Incarnation, and the prevenient Crucifixion, made Joseph perfected? And rather than his being in solitude with himself in body, he was in union with the Blessed Virgin and the Christ Child, in the Holy Spirit. And so, though he “knew her not” in the bodily sense of the word, he too was made immaculate, through her intercession and the deep sleep of God?  

It is a question we must ask, because we next see the angel give Joseph the right to name the Christ child.

She will bear a son, and you are to name him Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins.” All this took place to fulfill what had been spoken by the Lord through the prophet: “Look, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and they shall name him Emmanuel.

Matthew 1:21-23

It is Joseph who is given the right to name God. It is Joseph who is given domain over the Kingdom of God, which is held inside the incarnation of the Christ Child.  This is reminiscent of Adam who was given the right to the naming of all in God’s Kingdom which came before God put Adam in a deep sleep. So we can see with Joseph what God is reversing, but it is done through his unity with the Spirit (which in turn means union with heaven).  He is returning Joseph to dominion, something only given to the spotless Adam before the fall that was later stolen by Satan through sin.  

With Joseph’s “yes” from his sleep, we see him “awake” in a new way, one where he no longer wants to dismiss Mary quietly. We perhaps see complete purification of Joseph, head of the Holy Family. It then is revealed to us that through the Holy Family, we get a glimpse of the glory and completeness of God. The sleep of Saint Joseph is powerful because we can see that it is God who restores the family and what we have broken. We see that Mary is the Mother of the Church and Joseph is the protector of the Church. Praise be to God.

My own personal commentary beyond what Ashley and I wrote is that the angel can give us a clue as to whether this is true.

Genesis 3:24 tells us;

He drove out the man; and at the east of the garden of Eden he placed the cherubim, and a sword flaming and turning to guard the way to the tree of life.

Thus an angel guards the Tree of Life. The Tree of Life can be seen as the source, the Will of God Himself. The Tree of Life is the cross, on which Jesus did the Will of the Father, conquered death and brought Resurrection.

Perhaps the cherubim, whose name means fullness of wisdom came to Joseph in his dreams. The cherubim handing guardianship of the source of wisdom to Joseph for protection as they had protected.

Joseph himself has 4 dreams in which we could parallel the 4 faces of cherubim seen by Ezekiel in chapter 10 when the Glory of the Lord descends upon the Temple. Perhaps Joseph is the man in linen from chapters 9 and 10 of Ezekiel, who, because he is the Patron of the Universal Church, marks the heads of those in distress for protection. Perhaps that’s why now is the time for Consecration to Saint Joseph. Perhaps a blog post for another time.

It Is Finished

As always I write in my journal what I feel God speaking to me. If the church says I am wrong, then the church is correct and I am wrong. Know that as you discern what I have written.

Beloved Lily of the Father,

I AM the uncreated Immaculate Conception. She is the first thought of creation the created Immaculate Conception.

At the Cross it was pronounced, “it is finished,” and thus the Passover meal was completed. But the Institution of the Priesthood was also completed. My promise made true so all people have access to my Kingdom. The Son’s of Holy Mother, who was given at the cross to the Beloved, bringing my Divine Life to my children marked with the Kingdom because they have endured the Passion and brought her into their home. A surrender to love and to purity.

It is finished. The completion of the access to crush the head of Satan. Prophecy fulfilled. All that is needed to resurrect in purity given through the Priesthood and the church. The Cross and the Immaculate Conception unified. The power to defeat the works of the devil.

Thus through her all graces flow. Mother of the Church, who stood at the Cross as gift is the conduit through which I came upon the Apostles, as she endured the Passion in purity.

Take up your cross and follow me. Those who bear the cross and drink the cup of Passion united in heart with the Immaculate Conception will experience a new Pentecost like never before because of love for me for my own sake. And I WHO AM love glorify what is good and conquer what is evil.

Persevere to the end, even if Holy Mother Church looks dead. She is not. I will not allow it.

Join with Mary, the Mother of God, the Mother of the Church, and pray constantly in prayer. And May the God of Peace, who I AM, crush Satan under your feet.

To Receive or Not to Receive, that is the Question

Your boasting is not a good thing. Do you not know that a little yeast leavens the whole batch of dough? Clean out the old yeast so that you may be a new batch, as you really are unleavened. For our paschal lamb, Christ, has been sacrificed. Therefore, let us celebrate the festival, not with the old yeast, the yeast of malice and evil, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth. 1 Corinthians 5:6-8

From all eternity God existed. The Lover, the Father, gives love to the Beloved, the Son. The Love exchanged between them in loving Gaze, the Holy Spirit. Love gives. Love creates and is creative. The first thought of creation was the Immaculate Conception. From the beginning of time she was there. It is a mystery we cannot fully comprehend, the union between uncreated Immaculate Conception and created Immaculate Conception. From the sacrifice on the cross, which restores and redeems our loving gaze, she was there.

Because of the fall God came to restore us. The second person of the Blessed Trinity did so by coming through the Immaculate Conception.

Thus at our Baptism we are conceived anew in Him. Our original sin wiped away. Our humanity meeting the divine. Our baptism unites the new birth of the Incarnation and the death of crucifixion of our old life, all with our Mother there. She becomes our Mother and Christ becomes our brother. All through the unity of the Holy Spirit and the creative love of God.

At Confirmation Our Mother is also there as she was in the upper room at Pentecost in a prayer of the Mystical Body uniting the family to the Trinity. Their surrender filling them with the Glory of God that she already knew. God wanting to complete us as she is complete. And our Mother is the Mother of God, a crown reserved for her alone.

The Eucharistic meal is a sharing in all of the family. The Son’s human DNA came from His Mother. It is that of Mary. And the Trinity dwelt inside of him. Thus we as brother’s and sisters in this family receive the DNA of the family of God. It is incorporated into us. We renew our covenant with our family each time we receive.

We take heaven into us. And so it is that we want to take care that there is no hell within us when we receive. We receive and we are purified to be pure vessels and we should want to cooperate in that. We are made in the image and likeness of God. The Eucharist is purging us.

The suffering we accept because of this purging is marrying us to heaven. When we fight in pride we are actually fighting heaven, the family of heaven, inside of us.

Whoever, therefore, eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be answerable for the body and blood of the Lord. Examine yourselves, and only then eat of the bread and drink of the cup. For all who eat and drink without discerning the body, eat and drink judgment against themselves. 1 Corinthians 11:27-29

The more we allow God to purify us, the more we accept suffering of purification, the more we surrender instead of fight, the more a soul is united to God in making reparation for the Mystical Body. And the Blessings of the Father on the Family are restored.

Thus when we approach the Eucharist we really must discern our sins. A Priest too must discern those in public mortal sin. A Priest who denies communion to one in public mortal sin should have the interior disposition of sparing that soul destruction, if only the soul would take pause and listen. It is a position of humility. The priest too has the duty to protect the rest of his flock too. If they do give it to someone in public mortal sin, the message to the rest of the flock is that we are okay handing you to destruction.

The hierarchy has the authority to decide and that is the question that needs to be asked. Are we okay handing the flock to destruction?

God will be God. He will work all things for the good of those who love Him. The Eucharist is Love Himself. Love is not weaponized, love does what love does. It destroys sin. We can cooperate and try to meet God in helping our fellow man destroy sin by encouraging Confession before reception or we can say, “come regardless of your sin, no need to bother changing.” Either way God will take care.

you are to hand this man over to Satan for the destruction of the flesh, so that his spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord. 1 Corinthians 5:5

The former, cooperating in our purification, is a path of joy and peace and fulfillment, even in suffering. The latter brings, as scripture tells us, wrath.

For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and wickedness of those who by their wickedness suppress the truth. Romans 1:18

We get to choose. May the Seat of Wisdom help us choose wisely.

Queen of the Universe

when there were no fountains or springs of water; Before the mountains were settled into place, before the hills, I was brought forth; When the earth and the fields were not yet made,

when he marked out the vault over the face of the deep; When he made firm the skies above,
when he fixed fast the springs of the deep; When he set for the sea its limit,
so that the waters should not transgress his command;
When he fixed the foundations of earth, then was I beside him as artisan;
I was his delight day by day, playing before him all the while, Playing over the whole of his earth, having my delight with human beings. Proverbs 8:22-31

After I had written my last post on the Immaculate Conception, my friend James Ignatius McAuley commented. He said, “you made me think, we are all immaculately conceived in the mind of God, for nothing evil can come forth from God. The difference regarding the ever virgin Mary was that she was preconceived in God’s mind before the angels or we were. Venerable Maria de Agreda shows this in her first book of the Mystical City of God. Thus, Mary was before sin and its effects. This is shown in Proverb 8:22-31.”

I pondered what James had written and what Mary of Agreda had stated. I was always taught that Lucifer had the highest place in heaven and it was the Blessed Virgin Mary who took his place when he fell. I was also taught that Proverb was solely about wisdom. But wisdom dwells inside the Virgin and her womb. I pondered what James had told me. I wrote what I felt God speaking to me in my journal after Mass today. As always if the church says what I have written is wrong, then the church is correct and I am wrong. This is not meant to be embraced by people unless the Magisterium were to state it were true. I post it as food for thought and for discernment. And hopefully for someone who knows more than I to read.

May 3, 2020 – Feast of Saint Philip and Saint James

Beloved Lily of the Father,

The Immaculate Conception was the first conceived thought of us. Before anything was created purity was conceived in the thought of God. Union beyond comprehension. The gift of us, Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Therefore, the Immaculate Conception was there from the beginning of time. She was there before the stars, the earth and the angels. Her place as Queen was too much for Lucifer to stand when he saw her. She didn’t take his place as highest in heaven, she was always first, for envy is borne of that which you never had. He thought he stole it when he deceived Eva but in his evening knowledge he did not know it always belonged to the Ave. For if he simply thought he would be replaced he never would have fallen, he would have kept what was his. Non-servium was his motto from his envy and pride. It was that which he never had that he wanted to steal, kill and destroy.

I AM unchanging. The uncreated Immaculate Conception. Always meant for union with the first thought of creation, the created Immaculate Conception through which we sent our sacrifice in the form of the Son, through whom our bride, the church, is lifted to union with us and made complete. The uncreated Immaculate conception waited to act until the point in time when the word was spoken to bring the created Immaculate Conception on earth.

She was Queen of the Universe from the beginning of time. This is the Divine Will, soaked in wisdom, that all the church will be brought to unity at the end of time through the Immaculate Conception and the Cross. Redeemer and Co-Redemptrix.

She is the Mother of Mercy whose depths neither angels, nor men can comprehend. Mercy is unfathomable. Her intercession reaches far beyond what you in your limited human capacity can possibly understand or know.

Mary Our Refuge

Immaculately Conceived

These days I am home a lot, probably like most of you. Though we do have caregivers that help with my mom and dad, the primary duty falls upon me. This experience has left me pondering a lot and talking to God a lot about what His plan for us is. I am not speaking of asking God details of the future, I am speaking of asking God what it was that he wanted for humanity.

The answer I got was “immaculately conceived.” This startled me a little because I know that Mary is the Immaculate Conception, so I couldn’t fathom what God meant for us to be “immaculately conceived” since as we all know, and as my friend James, quoting a Pope, put it, we are “maculate.”

So I pressed God. I know that scripture says we are to be “born again”, which speaks of the power of Baptism, but this was different. Lord, what do you mean?

God the Father let me know that when I was “conceived” in His thought, it was totally pure. Immaculate. His thought of me, His conception of me, was not meant to be maculate. But we all know, that mankind fell, and that original sin became our consequence, and the concupiscence that came along with that. As if, between the thought and the Word, the Satan’s thoughts and word slipped into our soul stealing the completeness of the thought of God.

You will surely not die, the serpent told her. For God knows that in the day you eat of it your eyes will be opened and you will be like God, knowing good and evil. Genesis 3:5

And the battle began for the completeness of the thought of God. This path where the word becomes flesh and dwells among us so that we may have the word and the spirit dwelling within us. God’s completion is a new heaven and a new earth, one that is Immaculate. It is a trinitarian unity of the completeness of love. Satan’s thoughts and word are ones that kill and culminates in destruction. If we believe his thought, take his word in us act in sin the destruction comes in the blasphemy of the Holy Spirit. Hell.

We are meant to be completed. The thought of us conceived in the mind of God, the way originally planned. We know that this was accomplished in one soul, the Immaculate Conception.

In the night I felt the Lord speak to me of the Nativity, of the perpetual virginity of Mary. The picture I had in my head of Mary giving birth is not the way you would picture a regular birth. It was as if Mary was like pure water, that the sun shines through and the water magnifies the sun throughout it. A ball of pure light, and a vision of the clarity of the water. He came out of her as light passing through, everything of her remained in tact, clothed in the sun. This kind of unity is far beyond what we experience in mere human comprehension of unity. Her intercession for us is expansive beyond our understanding. And it is intimately linked with the depths of the mercy of God. It is through the Immaculate Conception, and her place in the Mystical Body cooperating with the redeemer on the walk to the Passion and Resurrection that is the ultimate intercession of a human for the rest of us. She is a refuge.

And so the Lord turned me to the Sacraments. We partake in them to cooperate with God as the means towards the Father’s original conception of us. They are meant to purify, they are meant that our purgatory be here. They are meant to feed us from the Tree of Life, so that the knowledge of evil is purged from our hearts.

But we still fall short, and God in his inexplicable mercy, still allows this purification after we die. Purgatory, the place where we finally see how attached we were to the things that kept us from God, and we long to be with him. These suffering souls in purgatory also suffer for us. It is part of our purification as a Mystical Body.

God wants us to have the same light in us as He originally conceived for us. This is the end goal for the end of time. It is a Resurrection of the Body. The completeness of the thought of God, originally conceived without sin and in a final restoration, the thought, word, and action of God completed. Body and soul united. The light passes through fills us with the sun, the son, remaining completely in the will of the Father. If this were to happen to us on earth as it is in heaven, we could command nature and it would listen, because our domain would be restored. It has nothing to do with prideful power, and everything to do with love. Nature listens to loves command.

In the morning, as they went along, they saw the fig tree withered from the roots. Peter remembered and said to Jesus, “Rabbi, look! The fig tree you cursed has withered! “Have faith in God,” Jesus answered. “Truly I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them. Mark 11:20-23

Right now we are in a battle. The view of how to win depends on whether you rely on man’s ways of how to do this, like a man who wants to blot out the sun, which will ultimately lead to destruction, or you can follow God’s way of purifying your heart. Confess and reconcile, receive the Word Made flesh, and let God do the rest. He is far better a savior of mankind than we are of ourselves.

The Seven Sorrows of the Modern Church

I write in my journal as if the Lord is speaking to me. I submit fully to the authority of the church and if they state what I have written is wrong, then I am wrong, and the church is correct.

This came to me while pondering the Sorrows of Mary, it came as the sorrows of the modern church. I believe every era has it’s sorrows. These are ours.

Seven Sorrows of the Modern Church

  1. The Prophecy of Paul VI – A sword shall pierce through Marriage and the Family

If you have never read Humanae Vitae you should. While the Protestant world caved to the use of artificial birth control, the Pope did not and his prophetic words have come to fruition. Unfortunately, those within the Catholic church have caved to the belief that artificial birth control is a good rather than the intrinsic evil that it is. And German Bishops defy the very definition of marriage, which was defined by Christ Himself.

2. The Lawful Passage of Abortion of the unborn. Slaughter of the Innocents.

While abortion was first brought about in the communist Soviet Union, the United States followed suit in 1973. To date no other form of death surpasses that of abortion. We kill more babies in the womb all over the world and it is comparable to all other causes of death combined. The blood of the innocent cries out from the ground. And our culture has become pornographic as a result.

3. The decimation of Holy Mass and gross Liturgical Abuse

One does not have to look far to come across Liturgical Abuse and Abuse of the Eucharist. Over the years I have personally seen people put Jesus in the Eucharist in their pockets, seen the precious blood spilled all over the place, and seen some Masses become unrecognizable to the focus which is supposed to be Jesus. Additionally when Mass was reopened, this increased in some places. The focus became so much on germs we were actually profaning the Eucharist with some of the policies certain places put into action.

4. The banning of the faithful from Mass and dispensation from the 3rd commandment. The faithful are left to carry spiritual suffering alone.

No one needs to say too much about this except to say that never before were Masses closed worldwide to the faithful like they were in 2020. Holy water was taken away. Confession was taken away in multiple Dioceses. The elderly were left to die alone without recourse to Last Rites. It was disgusting to watch. The church was not administering Sacraments to the faithful during a time when the faithful most needed it and as she was commissioned to do by Christ. The church essentially stopped her mission for that time period. Save for a few faithful Priests and Bishops who did so at risk to themselves, the rest cowered in fear. I lost a loved one to suicide during lockdown. The last thing he posted online was a virtual Mass.

5. The nailing of Doctrine to the Cross. Science replacing Sacrament.

Nothing speaks more to this than this diabolical depiction of what is supposed to cure us;

Absolutely astonishing to see a picture of God the Father with a glove on His hand with the Vatican name all over it, as if the Divine Creator of the Universe needs a glove in order to heal us. And again at least one of the speakers at this Vatican cohosted conference thinks it is unChristian to not allow women to abort their children.

Science has made it’s way into Mass when we reopened, to the detriment of the reverence of God. While precautions can always be prudently taken, they should not further abuse the Eucharist. Hand Sanitzer is not the savior and should never be placed on an altar. I hear more preaching on vaccines around the globe than on the Real Presence.

Servant of God Lousia Peccereta said this;

Ah! my daughter, when I allow that churches remain deserted, ministers dispersed, Masses reduced, it means that the sacrifices are offenses to Me, the prayers insults, the adorations, irreverences, the confessions amusements, and without fruits.  Therefore, no longer finding My glory, but rather, offenses, nor any good for them, since they are of no use to Me any more, I remove them.  However, this snatching ministers away from my Sanctuary means also that things have reached the ugliest point, and that the variety of scourges will multiply.  How hard man is—how hard! —Jesus to Servant of God, Luisa Piccarreta; February 12, 1918 

It is after these five that I believe we have two more sorrows that are yet to come. These are the ones I hesitate to write. I hesitate because they are prophetic in nature and I know there are always multiple ways something can be interpreted. I started writing about this next one in my journal in 2016. I have never posted it publicly before unless I redacted a portion of what I was going to say. Obviously I could be wrong. I leave it here for your discernment.

6. Rome will burn. The Pope will be killed.

In my prayer I have been hearing “the Pope will be killed” since July of 2016. I don’t know if this is a spiritual or literal thing. I also never heard Pope Francis, but felt it may be him. I felt the Lord was telling me that the prophecy of Fatima is yet to be fulfilled and that Saint John Paul II was only part of the picture. This is for discernment. I am not claiming to know exactly how things play out or how this phrase was meant.

7. The Church looks dead and is laid in a tomb.

Catechism of the Catholic Church 675: Before Christ’s second coming the Church must pass through a final trial that will shake the faith of many believers. The persecution that accompanies her pilgrimage on earth will unveil the “mystery of iniquity” in the form of a religious deception offering men an apparent solution to their problems at the price of apostasy from the truth. The supreme religious deception is that of the Antichrist, a pseudo-messianism by which man glorifies himself in place of God and of his Messiah come in the flesh.

The sorrows are never the end of the story. The joys come after the sorrow. The bride of Christ will rise purified. I believe the church will come out better than she was before, more faithful, less judgment of one another. A church resting in the will of the Father. Do not despair, Resurrection comes after the cross.
